SHOPPING AND SIZES

How to choose the right size?

On each product page you will find a detailed size chart. We create clothes according to European sizing. If you have any doubts, contact us - we will help you choose the perfect size.

Do you offer custom sizes or tailoring?

We do not currently offer made to measure tailoring, but we are working on expanding our sizing to be as inclusive as possible.

Will an item that is sold out be re-stocked?

We don't usually restock sold-out models, but it's worth signing up for notifications - if someone returns a product, you'll receive an email with information about its availability. We also announce any restocks in the newsletter and on Instagram.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We use all major carriers and local couriers. You will be asked to choose a shipping method during checkout.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

The cost and delivery time depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination country. Standard shipping within Poland takes 1–3 business days. Details can be found in the Orders & Shipping tab.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe. For delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return from the date of receipt of the shipment. The product must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Details can be found in the Returns tab .

When will I get my refund?

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving and accepting your return.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

Exchanges are made by returning and placing a new order. This allows us to process your request faster and not tie up stock levels.

PRODUCTS AND QUALITY

What materials do you make your clothes from?

We focus on natural and certified materials. We describe each product precisely in terms of composition and origin.

Where are your clothes made?

All our models are made in small, trusted sewing factories in Poland, under fair trade conditions.

How to care for The Code clothes?

Wash according to the instructions on the label – usually at low temperatures and on a delicate cycle to preserve the colour and structure of the fabrics. You can find more practical tips in the Care tab on the website and on our Instagram.

Do product photos reflect their actual appearance?

We take care to ensure that the photos are as close to reality as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by card, transfer, BLIK or fast online payments. PayPal payments are also available for international orders.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices. When placing your order, select the "company" option and fill in the invoice details.

Do you run a stationary store?

We are currently operating online only. Information about potential pop-ups and events can be found on our social media channels.
