RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy – you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are self-service – simply log in to your account in our store, go to your order history, and select the products you wish to return. For the return to be accepted, the items must be in an unused condition, with all labels attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. After initiating the return, you will receive further instructions and the address to send the package to:

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Not all items can be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Underwear and clothing without original tags.
- Gift cards.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on worn or damaged items. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item or return.
EXCHANGES
The quickest and most efficient way to exchange a product is to return the item through your customer profile and purchase the new size as a separate transaction.

Send it along with a message to our email: info@thecodestore.pl. Upon receiving your request, we will reserve the new size for you and ship it once we receive and approve the returned item.
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If a refund is accepted, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and process the refund.

COMPLAINTS
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, please submit a complaint by completing the complaint form. Active PDF form links are provided below:

Send the completed form along with photos documenting the issue to info@thecodestore.pl.
Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date the form is received. We will inform you of the outcome by email. If the complaint is accepted, we will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law. The complained item must be returned after prior agreement and confirmation of receipt of the complaint. Packages sent without a completed form may not be accepted.
If the complaint is approved, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.
