SHIPPING

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason. The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be made in accordance with the instructions on the "Shipping and Returns" page. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or did not meet the order. For exchanges, please contact customer service.
COMPLAINTS
If the product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer law. Complaints can be submitted by email or phone. If the complaint is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product, at the customer's discretion.
