WELCOME TO THE CODE

By using our website or placing an order in the store at www.thecodestore.pl, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase.

GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of The Code online store based in Poland.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store after changes have been introduced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

The store’s offer depends on the current availability of products in stock. We reserve the right to limit the number of units of a particular product that can be purchased and to withdraw products from sale without prior notice.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, in which case the customer will be informed without delay.

PRICES

Product prices are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) and euros (EUR). All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping costs are calculated individually during the order process and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

PAYMENT METHODS

The store offers various payment methods, including bank transfer, online card payments, and electronic payment systems.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment without providing any reason.

The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Returns must be submitted according to the instructions provided on the “Shipping & Returns” page.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product was defective or inconsistent with the order.

COMPLAINTS

In the event of a product defect, the customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Complaints can be submitted via email or telephone.

If a complaint is accepted, we will provide a repair, replacement of the product, or refund according to the customer’s preference and applicable regulations.
